Wow, I love the scene, and the way you set the shot up so the sun was right between the rocks like that. It adds a surreal quality to the photo

Love the way the seastacks frame the sunset.

This is beautiful. Only thing that gets me is that the lens flare from shooting the exposure for the rocks is quite unnatural where you have done such a crisp blend. Next time, consider covering the sun with your finger so the parts of that exposure you are going to use don't have so much lens flare.
The sky and sea are beautifully exposed and processed tho.

Indeed, I "learned" (finally thought of) the finger technique after this shot was taken. Thanks for the comment :)

No problem. I didnt want to seem harsh as this is an awesome shot!
Is there not anything you can do in post production to make those edges less obvious?

This is actually my second edit of this image, the edges used to be even more pronounced. I can't seem to get my layer mask perfectly set :/

Im not sure it will ever be "perfectly" set... Does it really spoil the shot if you blend in the over exposed sun so the rocks dont look weird?

Honestly I think this may be as good as I can get it...without more hours spent perfecting a blend, which I'm feeling too lazy to do right now.

Those clouds have a three dimensional feel to them... amazing. Love the bird just perched on top of the rock. Great details :)
